eVoucher will be valid until 31 August 2023. Strictly no extension after the expiry date
Rates are per room per night, Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 8% GST.
Prior reservation is required 48 hours in advance and is subject to room availability. To redeem your stay, please contact stay@andaz.com with your stay date, name as per NRIC and contact number
After booking, a 48-hours cancellation policy applies. New stay date is subject to availability upon reservation through stay@andaz.com. In the event of further late cancellations or no-shows, room voucher will be forfeited.
Parking is available at DUO Tower and daily access fees apply
The maximum occupancy per room is strictly two adults and maximum one child (below 12 and sharing the existing bedding). Children below 6 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast, and kids between 7 and 12 years old enjoy a 50% discount.
Room stay is not eligible for World of Hyatt points.
Purchase of this eVoucher constitutes acceptance of these terms: eVoucher is not extendable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value. No refund or credit will be provided for unused portions. eVouchers transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms, are subject to cancellation. Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this eVoucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
